• Your notes, events, timers, images, and settings are stored only in a local folder on your computer (%AppData%\Nolege).
• This data is never transmitted over the internet, and no one — including the developer — can access it remotely.
• Automatic backups (.bak) are stored in the same local folder.

3. Network Communication

The complete list of situations where the software connects to the internet:

• Update checks: the app contacts the nolegeapp.com server to check for new versions. No user data such as note content is transmitted; the web server may keep standard access logs (IP address, timestamp).
• External links: links you click yourself (such as the support page) open in your default browser.

4. This Website (nolegeapp.com)

• This website has no accounts or login, and uses no cookies or visitor analytics of its own.
• The web hosting server may keep standard access logs (IP address, timestamp, requested page).
• Pages load scripts from an external CDN (cdnjs.cloudflare.com), which may keep standard request logs.

5. When You Contact Us

If you email us (nolegeapp@gmail.com), your email address and message are kept in our mailbox for the purpose of replying. This information is used only for responding to your inquiry.

6. Future Features

If features requiring communication with external servers are introduced in the future (such as paid subscriptions, AI features, or sync), the data items collected or transmitted and their purposes will be reflected in this policy and announced in advance, applying only when you use those features.
